Lucy Matune did an excellent job of selling our home. She lives in our subdivision and possesses in-depth knowledge of market values in our area and guided us in pricing our home correctly. She also gave us tips for staging our home and as a result we sold very quickly for top dollar. Her marketing materials were very impressive and her communication skills kept us well informed from listing to closing. We highly recommend Lucy if you are looking for a top notch realtor!

I am currently renting a condo, and the owners decided to sell, so I would no longer be able to continue renting. They asked if I would like their realtor, Lucy, to reach out to me to help me find a new place to rent. I said yes, and Lucy stepped in immediately. She spent countless hours answering messages, setting me up with an MLS search, and setting up what seemed like a never-ending series of showings. She went extremely above and beyond to help me find a new place to rent (imagine what she'd do to help you BUY!), and I was extremely grateful for it. I am no longer going to be homeless at the end of the month, and she played a HUGE role in making sure I found something. I would recommend Lucy to anyone looking to find a home, and I hope to be able to use her for that in the future when I'm in a place to buy.

I started a Journey with Lucy many weeks ago on searching for a rental house for my Wife and me. Let me tell you we hit the gold mine when our paths crossed with Lucy. To us it appeared as we were the most important people in the world to Lucy! She worked nights, weekends and whatever it took to meet our needs. Once we started the process and following Lucy's guidance, we started to realize we could buy a home for what a quality rental was going to cost us. So, after 2-3 weeks of looking at rentals, we changed gears and stared looking at houses to buy. Lucy quickly figured out exactly what we were looking for, and started showing us houses that were exactly what we wanted. We quickly settled on one with her help. We are closing soon and are so excited. I can only hope that Baird Warner is happy to have a representative of their company that has the caliber and knowledge that Lucy possess.
