Cathy is a true professional and is very knowledgeable about what she does.  If for some reason she doesn't have an immediate answer to your question, she will find someone who does and get back to you in a timely manner.   My husband and I hired Cathy to sell our Chicago condo (Wicker Park) during one of the toughest housing market downturns in history - the spring/summer of 2010. She was honest with us from the start - that it would be difficult to sell in such a tough market especially with an overabundance of condos in our area - but she listened to our needs when it came to what we would like to sell the place for, what our limits were, etc. and came up with a great solution that met our goals. She also was very flexible with our crazy work schedules and having a new baby in the house (5 months). And only a short 4 months after listing our condo with her - we were ecstatic to have 2 offers on our condo and we were able to sell our condo for more than I secretly thought we would!
